Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
NO candles or smoking on the property.
Laundry service is not available.
Given Island water shortages in the summer, guests need to be mindful of water use.

2026 Rates:
July–Labour Day: $1575/week
May, June & September: $175/night (3 night min) or $1100/week
October–April: $125/night (2 night min) or $750/week
Minimum stay: 1 week high season, 2 nights low season
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of the deposit, less a 20% service charge, if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the date of stay.
